Late check-out was useful. I loved the nice pool too.

The hotel was conveniently located for travelling through Kissimmee. The venue was set in a good area. The unit we got was bright with the bathroom, clothes hanging around the cleaners plus clean linen.

The bathroom was a bit small.

Reasonably large hotel unit with 2 queen beds. Ideal location easy to get to theme park, in the secure area.

A bold move that proved rewarding!

What a pleasant surprise! We had a good stay, with a clean room that boasted comfortable beds. My kids adored the pool, though it could have been a tad cooler. The staff were friendly. While a shuttle to Disney would have been nice, we were still super close to the parks. Great value for families!

Booked a room in the curtains. The staff was helpful and exceptional, they were always available. Location: the hotel was adjacent to attractions, restaurants and highways and many restaurants and Disney Springs. Furthermore, in a good area.

It's quiet and you feel peace in it. Its workers are great.I Loved the way they treated me.I Felt very sure with them. Thanks to all of them. In my next travel, I'll be there with my family and more friends.

It is just a place to sleep

They advertised wireless internet to all rooms, it was not available in room, dressing room light socket did not work, toilet seat came off, TV picture was very snowy and staff, just said they could not do anything about it, sorry. Staff was cordial but not helpful. We chose this hotel for the wireless and location, We would not stay here again after we were told if we want wireless we would have to come to the lobby to get wireless.

Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find a local food delivery number, which I really appreciated. I'm coming back for a holiday!

The guy in the front desk is very rude and impolite.

the worst hotel i've seen on the earth, the guy in the front desk is very rude and impolite and shout to the guest. the heating machine doesn't work in the room, and the WIFI signal is too weak to use in the room, guests are clean out of the pantry about 9am in the moring.

convenient location but uncomfortable rooms

The location is great for accessing local attractions. The wooden floor in the final room was a nice touch and felt cleaner.

Unfortunately, we faced significant issues with humidity and mold in the original rooms.

I liked the staff the room was kept very clean . It was almost like being in my own private resort. A large unheated pool , wi-fi . Direct bus route to Disney and 1/2 hour service using Lynx

Continental breakfast!

The room reeked of smoke. There is a no smoking sign, but people don't seem to read it. I suggest you install smoke detectors.

Free parking and friendly staff, but breakfast was just toast. Plan ahead!
